The cabins ambiance is the perfect mix of mountain charm with the modern conveniences of today.

The beautiful knotty pine tung and groove throughout the cabin lends to its warm and cozy feeling.

The kitchen has been newly remodeled to include a full size (30") cook top and oven (perfect for holiday cooking), a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Complete with cookware, dishes, and utensils. All you need do is come and enjoy!                                                                           
There is also a brand new 3/4 bath ready and waiting to bring comfort to guests who stay.

The complete floor plan includes both front and back decks. The living room is intimate and cozy, perfectly appointed to welcome a couple or small family. A sofa with accent chairs make a nice social area or a comfy place to watch the TV (basic cable). A DVD player has been added for extra entertainment.

The dining area and kitchen are also part of the living room and amenities on the first floor. A log slab separates the kitchen from the dining area. The dining table is a comfortable 32" round table that also has a leaf for extension should you wish to make it larger. It comes with 4 chairs and is perfectly comfortable for holiday entertaining, game board playing, or to just sit at and visit.
 
The main bedroom is located downstairs and in the back (street noise is minimal) and offers a Queen bed. Across from the bedroom is the newly remodeled 3/4 bath which makes it convenient anytime day or night.
 
The upstairs bedroom is a loft and offers 2 Twin beds and an additional TV.
     
The Prospectors Pick is located right on Big Bear Blvd. which makes it an easy in and easy out to where ever you wish to go in Big Bear. Cute and cozy with room to spread out, this 2 bedroom + convertible den has a well thought out tri-level floor plan.

A nice deck is in front, you will enter the home on the main (middle) level. The kitchen, dining area, and family room are here.

The kitchen is open and spacious and allows its worker bees to socialize with guests who are in the family room as well. An extended counter top serves as a bar with bar stools for seating. The dinette is to the front of the kitchen with a window right next to the table so that guests can enjoy an outdoor view while seated there.

The family room is cozy with a sofa and chair. TV with DVD and VCR is here for entertainment. A native rock fireplace dominates one wall, welcoming inhabitants to warm themselves on chilly summer nights or snowy winter days.

From the main floor you have your choice of going upstairs or down. Both private bedrooms are located upstairs.

One bedroom offers a King bed, the other offers a Queen. There is a bathroom for convenience on this level.

Downstairs is a convertible den, complete with its own TV,VCR and DVD as well as a futon and occasional chair for comfort and additional sleeping. In the corner is a beautiful wood burning stove surrounded by floor to ceiling used brick, a bar and full size washer and dryer is also part of this room. A bathroom is also here for conveinence.

The main floor is very spacious and offers lots of options for socialization.

Endless views abound throughout the home. Windows from every room present an opportunity to take in the breath taking views.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking a breeze (no pun intended), complete with a counter bar that offers seating or an area perfect for the holiday buffet.

Two dining tables are situated in front of two opposing windows so that diners can enjoy the view.

The wood burning fireplace is situated just off the kitchen and has a large couch opposite that allows guests to enjoy a private place to relax and read a good book or just enjoy the beauty of a roaring fire.


PLEASE NOTE: There is no TV, VCR, or DVD in the living room! It is however, the perfect set up for guests wishing to get awary from conventional entertainment and look to enjoy socialiizing, playing cards and boardgames.

Snow Princess takes on the appearance of icy comfort and offers its guests a very dramatic feel with an airy white netting that flows over the bed. A couch also occupies the room.

Honey Bear is perfect for the kids, one wall is completely lined with gym lockers and the beds are 3 sets of twin/twin bunks.

The living room is a cozy gathering place, intimately sized, complete with log couches (one is a double futon) set right in front of a wonderful fireplace, the perfect setting to provide ambience to a special evening. A 37" flat screen HDTV is waiting to entertain you with full movie channel options or watch a movie using the DVD player. Just to the side of the family room is the dining area, nicely appointed with log table and chairs with motifs of bears and such.

Just off the dining area is the kitchen bar, complete with log bar stools which also makes a nice partition to seperate the dining area from the fully appointed, newly remodeled kitchen. All stainless steel appliances is a chefs dream and promises to keep the cook pleased as punch.

Hot Tub Highlights: This hot tub is in its own room, the room allows guests to open both slider doors on each side. This allows for the room to be open to the outdoors yet still a private sheltered room.

The front yard is handsomely groomed, complete with an arched arbore over the walkway, storybook in its appearance.

There is parking to either side of the home, plenty of parking for a boat in the summer if needed.

Once inside the cabin it's cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The spacious living room with the wood burning fireplace is in one corner of the room, the couch and accent chairs are situated perfectly to provide a cozy social area for guests or to watch TV, curl up and read a good book, whatever your heart desires.

The dining area is also part of the living room. The dining table seats 8, also great for board games. The motif in the dining area and kitchen is chickens and roosters, supporting the barn look of the exterior.

Cooking for holidays is a pleasure in the kitchens open floorplan, its open to the dining area and the living room.

The bedroom downstairs offers a Queen size bed, its decor with partial lacey canopy and floral walls is lovingly called the"Queens" room. This room also has a bathroom for convenience.

Just off the living room and dining area is the Hot Tub room, this interior room is unique and allows guests to open both ends of the room to the outside while enjoying the hot tub inside! There is also a washer and dryer within this room as well.

The two other bedrooms and another bath is upstairs. Each room offers its own theme.

One guest bedroom has a King, hence, the"Kings" room. Lots of pictures of Poppies adorn the walls.

The"Teddy Bear" Dorm is precious and is the perfect place for the kids to play as well as sleep. This room is very spacious.
All the beds are placed next the the wall so that the middle of the room allows for play. There are 2 twins, 1 trundle (2 twins), and a pyramid bed with double on the bottom and twin overhead. Teddy Bears are placed on shelves within the room and are waiting for children to play with.

The backyard offers much in the way of comfort in that a BBQ is here for outdoor cooking as well as a variety of furniture to enjoy natures gifts. The yard is like a woodland paradise. Home to many birds and squirrels. A dry creek also runs through the yard.

Hadfield Hideaway gives you the feeling of seclusion and getting away
from it all! Built in the late 60's, it carries all the charm of a Big Bear
cabin. Wood paneling throughout adds to the mountain ambience.

The open floor plan has been perfectly appointed to help make guests feel right at home and comfortable whether they are in the kitchen, at the
dining table or in the social area of the family room.

The kitchen is seperated from the rest of the room by a large wooden
slab milled right from a large tree. This also serves as a counter with bar
stools. Perfect to put chips and dip on for the game or to use as the
holiday buffet.

The dining table has been placed right next to a large slider door so that
diners can enjoy the beautiful outdoor view. The slider is a convenient
access to an exceptionally large outdoor deck.

An 8 foot picnic table as well as other chairs have been thoughtfully
offered so that guests can enjoy the full mountain experience. The Great
Outdoors and all its splendor!

The charcoal BBQ is waiting to cook your catch from the lake or any
other culinary pleasures you wish. There's nothing like mixing the smell
of BBQ with the fresh mountain air..... it definitely adds better flavor to
the meat!

The social area of the family room has 2 couches as well as recliners, all

This outstanding upscale log home has been tastefully appointed for comfort as well as pleasingly decorated for the eyes. If you are looking for an exceptional mountain home experience this is the home for you and your guests.

The front entrance welcomes you into the living room with high vaulted ceilings. Log trimmed windows with knotty pine paneling on some of the walls as well as the entire ceiling.

The floor plan of the great room is open and spacious and includes the dining area as well as an open kitchen.

The living room offers a couche, loveseat, and occasional chair for comfort. The beautiful rock floor to ceiling fireplace dominates your attention and will capture your mountain spirit when the crackling of a roaring fire exists. A large flat screen TV is placed just above the mantle for your entertainment pleasure. 

The kitchen offers all the elements required by a demanding chef. Fully equipped, its floor plan works well to allow its culinary agents to enjoy other guests while still working within. Enjoy the view of Bear Mtn. Ski resort by peering out the kitchen window.

A counter seperates the kitchen from the living room and dining area. The counter also provides extra seating for guests or a great place to use as a buffet for entertaining.

The dining table is spacious, comfortable to serve and dine from as well as playing cards or board games. A large sliding door is located within the dining area that allows access to the back deck.

Indulge your senses and relax on the back deck, cook your fresh catch from the lake on the BBQ provided. There is a table and chairs if you wish to dine outside or just relax with the other guests who choose to take a dip in the hot tub.

The hot tub is placed perfectly to allow for an awesome view of the surrounding mountains, especially Bear Mtn. Ski Resort.

Continuing through the downstairs is a seperate den/gameroom. Another large screen TV for more entertainment pleasure as well as a regulation sized pool table.  This room is sure to please as well.

One of the master suites is on this main level, complete with its own full bath room and flat screen TV.

A guest bath as well as a seperate linen closet and full size washer & dryer completes the comforts of the bottom level.

A large log stair case welcomes you to the upstairs. Here you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms.

The two remaining guests bedrooms each provide 2 beds within as well as access to a shared balcony. Each bedroom also is adorned with knotty pine paneling and log trim accents.
