For those who wish to walk out your door to Snow Summit, this condo is the perfect choice! Located right on Snow Summit Blvd., the resort is just a snow balls throw away!  It's also perfectly located for biking summit as well as being close to the swim beach and other resort favorites year round.

This is a corner unit making it the perfect choice to be able to look out your windows for a great view and well as have a large spacious vacant lot for children to play, have snowball fights, build snowman are snow forts in the winter and collect pine cones and explore during other seasons.

Enter into the spacious living room, recently redecorated with new furniture and nicely appointed for comfort. Staying indoors won't be a disappointment while watching TV on a new HD 43" flat screen TV as well as the additional options provided by the new DVD and VCR. Another great amenity is the addition of internet availability.

Socializing with friends or family in the kitchen or the dining area is no problem as they are part of the large spacious living room area as well. Get the home fires burning in a attractive floor to ceiling woodburning rock fireplace. With view windows on either side of the fireplace it's the picture perfect moment when the fire is roaring and the snow is gently coming down. In the mountains we have 40 degree swings from day time highs to nightly lows, you'll want to burn the fireplace even during other seasons. Sit back, relax with a glass or wine, warm cup of coffee or cocoa and enjoy the ambience, it will bring you wonderful memories for years to come.

The kitchen is open and spacious. Perfect for multiple chefs who like working together during the holidays or fun gatherings. You have everything to make your culinary talents easy to shine, a microwave and dishwasher make it easy.

Another great feature here is a washer and dryer. This is perfect whether you are wanting to dry the kids clothes off during their lunch after snow play or pack less and enjoy the convenience for longer stays. Whatever your choice, it's always nice to have the option available.

There is 2 private bedrooms and one additional private sleeping area, all on upper levels.

Two bedrooms are on the second story. Each offering comfort to guests who reside within. The master offers a Cal King bed as well as its own HD 37" flat screen TV for viewing pleasure. A private balcony is off this room and is a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy the view of Snow Summit whether it is during the winter or summer months.

The guest bedroom on the second story offers residents a Queen bed and all the comforts of home. To complete the second story comforts there is a full bathroom.

Moving up to the third level for additional sleepers. There are one traditional set of Twin/Twin bunks and a pyramid Bunk Double/Twin. This area is the perfect place for kids or young adults to go for their own privacy.
